In Duvall, we bring Pilates closer to home with small group reformer series designed to meet you where you are. Our certified instructors ensure each client receives safe, effective, and personalized attention in a friendly, neighborhood setting — with the convenience of a central location you already know.

We’re thrilled to expand our Main Street Pilates community in Duvall with two new ways to move, strengthen, and connect — right in the heart of town at Duvall Performing Arts.

Reformer Flow (Drop-In Style)

Mondays & Wednesdays at 11:30am & 12:30 PM
Designed for clients with prior Pilates or Reformer experience, these drop-in classes offer flexibility for your schedule while keeping the personalized attention you love — just 4 clients per class. Expect dynamic, full-body movement, expert guidance, and a welcoming community that supports your ongoing practice.

Intro Offer: Try your first 3 classes for $99 (new clients only).
